On October 4, we will be united with our Franciscan brothers and sisters throughout the world as we observe the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi (1182-1226).

In these challenging times in our nation and world, it is our prayer that all may follow Francis' example and be an instrument of peace especially through our words, deeds, and actions.
