Today LCWR and the National Black Sisters Conference released to the media a joint statement calling for the passage of the For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. Issuing this statement is part of an effort of more than 180 coalition partners to raise awareness and create energy around protecting the right to vote.
